For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options:
Online eCheck/ACH- You can pay via virtual check through your resident portal
If using ACH/eCheck Please double check the accuracy of the numbers before submitting your payment! (Payments that are returned due to inaccurate information will result in a $35.00 fee)
Credit/Debit Card- You can pay via credit/debit card.
Please note there is a nonrefundable 3% convenience fee for all payments with credit/debit cards.

Personal checks, certified checks, and money orders can be brought to the rental office. If you cannot make it during business hours, please utilize the drop box located at the main office.
If you enroll in AutoPay for your monthly rent payment, please contact your property manager to learn about the benefits you may be eligible for.
CREDIT REPORTING
PayLease Credit Reporting is a free service offered by PayLease that lets US Residents build credit history when they make payments through Tenant Web Access.
